多个分类共用同一个工单模型应该是一个正常需求吧？

只能绑定一个。系统没有做多个绑定。
按理来说，工单应该是准确的。不应该在多个问题分类下存在共用一个工单模型。

我这边的需求是这样的，看对你们有没有参考意义。
比如对于一款产品“商城”来说，我们会讲工单分类成“购物车”、“订单中心”，“商品管理”等等分类。
对于“商城”来说，但是工单处理人 和 工单描述 啥的都是一样的。
因此有共用工单模型的需求。
至于为什么“商城”下面还要分类，我们是为了统计不同模块的bug率、或者是售后率。

像腾讯云的工单系统，这和两种不同类型的，完全可以共用同一个工单模型。
