Please follow the guidelines in the template for reporting bugs, in particular any example code should include as first line
\RequirePackage{latexbug} % <--should be always the first line (see CONTRIBUTING)!
https://github.com/latex3/latex2e/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md
If the problem can not be reproduced without using third party packages, then it should, in the first instance, be reported to the maintainers of those packages. I am sorry but we can only handle issues with the core latex code in this bug tracker.

I already told you in your previous issue that you should read the multicol documentation and try \setcounter{collectmore}{-1}
.

Thanks, Ulrike. I tried your solution, but still it does not work.
I think that is an error, because it is not only a incorrect numbering,
but the footnote mark and the own footnote are in different pages,
do you understand?
If you compile the example cited above, you will perceive that the
last footnote in the page 3 refers to a footnote mark on the page
4, and the numbering of this footnote is as though it were on the
next page (it is with number 1).
It follows a copy annex of the pdf generated to you understand
what I said above.
Thanks by your attention!

I can't compile your document as it uses fonts that I don't have. One point of a minimal example is that other can test it.
Beside this: follow my second advice and read the documentation of multicol. It describes what happens and which options you have.

Please provide an example that meets the guidelines of this issue tracker. The example posted is not using the footnote implementation from the core latex code that is managed here. The issue could be re-opened if an example can be provided.
If the issue only occurs if the third party packages are used, the problem should be reported to the package maintainers as explained at https://github.com/latex3/latex2e/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md
