Yeah it's intermittent. Any URL seems to come and go for me, but the latest one I tried was https://ui-avatars.com/api/BK/256/9ee0fa/343a40.

Seems to have hit a file limit:
[crit] 1054#1054: accept4() failed (24: Too many open files)
I increased the file limit on the system, Nginx and will continue to monitor just to make sure its not still going on — strange how its been years before that happened. Nothing crazy going on with traffic today either..

Can you still replicate? I cannot, my monitoring also says 200 OK
