非IoT版是不能使用HWID方式激活的，只能使用KMS38，IoT版则是两者皆可，而且相比之下还可以获得额外5年的安全性更新，除了Windows Sandbox被禁用（不知何故）以外与非IoT版并无区别
所以无需纠结IoT这个字眼，能用就行
