Convolutional Neural Network trained for age prediction using a large (n=11,729) set of MRI scans from a highly diversified cohort spanning different studies, scanners, ages, ethnicities and geographic locations around the world.

fmri-data-analysis

Generates PNG images from 2D brain slices. Can optionally overlay statistical images or overlay an outline of a brain image. This is a wrapper around FSL's overlay, slicer, and pngappend commands.

pre-analysis-data-cleaning

With this R script, we examined missing values, potential controlled variables, and distribution of variables of interest. Some basic visualization is also included here.
