Remove dependency on Zfr/Rbac about lmcrbacmvc HOT 7 OPEN

I will put this one in the parking lot until we decide to switch to LmcRbac 3.x.

We cant use this because of dependency to "zfr/rbac": "~1.2". It has dependency to "phpunit/phpunit": "~4.0".

I did not encounter this issue when I installed the package using Composer nor when the LmcRbacMvc tests scripts are executed.

Can you provide more details on how you specified LmcRbacMvc in your composer.json or on what Composer options you are using?

Ok, i found the problem. It seems to be a dependency to spoonx/sxmail. 🤦‍♂️
