原理是浏览器定期发一个存活请求给服务端：

GET http://fist.sealyun.com/heartbeat?terminalID=xxxxxx

服务端收到这个请求后去更新terminal deployment的一个注解

annotations: fist.seayun.com/lastHeartbeat: [时间戳]

此任务仅仅需要去更新这个时间戳即可

与其对应的一个功能是，程序启动时去定期检查 sealyun-tty namespace下的deployment,
每十分钟轮训一次，如果最后更新时间超过10min，就清理这个deployment
