After starting a snippet, pressing p pastes instead of typing p - add p to 'safe' keybind list? about luasnip HOT 2 CLOSED

There is no 'safe' list of keys, but you may have mapped p in select mode by mistake.

Can you give us what :map p gives you?

Outputs the following in normal mode:
"_dP

Interestingly (just thought to check), :map P is not mapped to anything and behaves as expected.

I realize now, I am indeed mapping over it as follows, burried deep in my neovim config:

keymap("v", "p", '"_dP', {silent = true})

Not an issue with this plugin so I'll close.
Suggestions on how I can make it play nice would be appreciated though :)
