我看这个应该是可以的，不过你给的链接中，没有具体的文章信息。如果点击左侧发行时间，加载对应的文章，是可以抓取的
不过附件链接的抓取倒是有问题。
我看了下网页上的下载链接，是一个重定向链接。翻译器中我暂时还不知道如何处理这个，翻译器只会把重定向前的 URL 当成附件的下载链接，导致下载的是一个网页。我想在这个页面上，应该没办法下载附件了

题录可以抓取，pdf全文好像还不行
