Remove Archive option from kebab menu of an archived migration plan about forklift-ui HOT 6 CLOSED

@apinnick doesn't "this plan cannot be unarchived" imply that some plans can be? the difference in singular/plural there was intentional because the other messages indicate that an action can't be done on a particular plan for some reason, rather than in this case that action is never possible for any plan.

@apinnick also the tooltip you're seeing actually looks to be a problem with the mock data and not the UI itself (that plan in preview mode has running status data and is also archived, which is impossible with real data). will fix.

Maybe it does make more sense though to remove the Archive action on an already archived plan, instead of showing that tooltip at all. I'd be fine with that if you think it improves the experience.

I agree. I think it would be a better user experience to remove the Archive action. I can reopen with a different title
