@VannTen Currently we have rather rudimentary logic to just create a giant list of presubmits, one from the main config and another from your in_repo_config (if any). Then we just for-loop through this to find a matching job. However, we also take care to note that if we found multiple matches (as is the case of your example as they share the same job name), we will error out. See the code.
