KA Live @Kubecon: Kubernetes Cluster Operations about backlog HOT 3 OPEN

Spoke with Lauren Dupuis - we are good with CNCF to still do the event. Lauren is confirming how to get it published on the site but limit is 50 folks live and potentially another 50 remote if we so choose ($50 per student; vmw to donate the money).

We need 2 TAs to support both live and remote students @lxie123 and @eitansuez (assume remote TAs for now) since uncertain how many folks will be live.

The training is virtual and from 9am PT to 5pm on Tuesday October 12th. It's the Ops course with an additional chapter and lab with TCE. The following is the branch/PR that is in draft as I'm finalizing it and working through it with the TCE team on issues I'm finding:
