Thanks for posting your issue. You can build the demos directly from inside VS. But only use the files inside the NuGet Enabled
folder.

The Build.cmd will be removed soon, as it it "was" intended for a nuget package release, which doesn't make sense for an example exe's.
Also not the Solutions are currently undergoing a simplification to allow single source and multiple build targets
