上面这是我的调用方法
下面是我的修改IP方法
修改确定关闭后，没有触发回调，使用NotifyUnicastIpAddressChange 这个接口的回调 是可以触发

按照你的方法，是能收到信息的（MibParameterNotification）。
我以前测试是没有的。
这个类型，（PMIB_IPINTERFACE_ROW）可用的信息少。
PMIB_UNICASTIPADDRESS_ROW会更好些，因为它包含有地址信息（SOCKADDR_INET）。
