How can I specify (in Web.toml) that I want to listen at http://[::]:8070 (0.0.0.0:8070) instead of at http://[::1]:8000, so that I can test my web app from my phone over the lan?
And how can I specify that I want my app's js file be called app.js instead of <package-name>.js?
