@kostya I also have this problem. The output by logger with stdout is not synchronized. However I try using logger with file, that is immediately synchronized.

logger = Logger.new STDOUT
logger2 = Logger.new 'worker2.log'

loop do
  logger.info "working"
  logger2.info "working"
  sleep 2
end
