infinity timeouts so far from common usage :), need to think more about it.

Also would be great, I am currently just doing 'bundle exec eye quit' and killing all my processes outside of eye because eye gets stuck forever :(

i came up with:

    trigger :transition, to: :starting, do: -> {
      if some_condition
        # ok here, do nothing, process going to normal start
      else 
        info "process not ready to start"
        process.switch :unmonitoring, Eye::Reason.new("process not ready to start, retry at #{Time.now + 5.seconds}")
        process.schedule_in 5.seconds, :start, Eye::Reason.new("trying to start again")
        raise Eye::Process::StateError.new('stop transition because process not ready to start')
      end
    }

it would performing infinitely, and not blocks eye q -s

Just wanted to say, I tried it out briefly and it seems to be working a treat! - Sending an eye stop all no longer hangs. Thank you!!
