But I've found that without PKG::select, just select works too.
Is it because only select also import the AnnotationDbi package by default?

All the specifications of MeSH-related packages are defined in MeSHDbi package,
and in the NAMESPACE file, select function is explicitely imported from AnnotationDbi package.

That's why select simply means AnnotationDbi::select in the MeSH-related packages.
