Thanks for the note, didn’t knew this. Should be easy, the markup is nicely styleable, just have to think how to style it.

👍 Looks great! But how does one set up a .git/category file? It's hard to google those terms. 😕

Just drop in the category name directly into the file and gitweb will do the rest as soon as you enable categories there.

I extended the documentation. Hard to find any documentation on anything regarding Gitweb. I just guessed with the help of @klaernie but it didn’t work. So I looked up the version number and mine was to old. I guess it came in somewhere at 2.x.
