+1 for sharing it under Knp\Component namespace, although I'm not sure if having KnpMenu and KnpPaginator in one repository is good idea, because not everybody need menu lib when using just paginator, and vice versa. We can create a KnpComponents package for Composer I think, which would include all components togather, replace might be useful here.

Is it really worth it to break BC ? It would impact many users as the library is quite widely used now (it is a dependency for SonataAdminBundle for instance)

and I agree with @pjedrzejewski that having one big repo with unrelated components is probably not a good idea. It would make things more difficult to use only some of them.
