Thanks for the feedback mate - nice to know people are trying things out. Yes you've hit the nail on the head - I've made many attempts trying to find a sublimetext 2 api call edit the undo stack - and mark the file as "clean" again after the save (which would make things perfectly seamless). It's a persistent annoyance that all my css files require a save whenever I close down... but for now there's been enough pleasure to endure the pain :P
I'm glad you find the tool somewhat useful. The real css compilers however are absolute monsters of precision - and allow many more features than i'll ever dream of implementing (hats off!) - but for me having several of the "core" features (to my mind anyway) in my IDE has been really nice and simple.
