That is where the inputs will show up. You need to add the remote to your control center on your phone and select the tv to use them. When you have the remote open the volume is controlled by the physical volume buttons on the phone.

But other question, on the homekit/homebridge, the view will be the same showed by me before?
The turn on/off button and the empty rectangle?

in the home kit app you can tap the tile for power or long press to see the hdmi input selection. The only way to access the other controls is to use the remote inside the iPhone control center.

That looks correct. Go to your control center on your iPhone and choose remote to access the other functions.
