Add new basic GPU-support about hanami HOT 2 CLOSED

Added new experimental gpu-support. The performance is very bad, but this is also a result of the small example and the used cpu-internal intel graphics chip. Also the small output of the tested example is an extreme bottleneck for the actual architecture. I hope in bigger tests in the near future the results compared to the cpu will become much better.

Gpu support per default disabled for now.

Merged the branch already to have a base plate, which can be easier hold in sync with the cpu-version. Work at the gpu-code will continue over time. More updates and improvements will be part of new issues, so this here will be closed.
