Hi @KrOnAsK
I've analyzed your issue but I did not find any defect on the code.
I also tried to replicate your scenario adding a custom remote on the app with all char in upper case,
adding it to the integration,
and test
It worked.
I've eventually added a non existing button to the integration and I've received your same error, that is the SwitchBot API response.
So please, check that all of your command are correctly named both app and HA
from ha-switchbot-remote.
