[FEATURE REQUEST] Discord DM Notifications when Request is Available about doplarr HOT 2 CLOSED

Those do not notify a person of their download request. That just mass spams every single media that has been acquired to a channel. There is no notification settings or indicators that anyone can use without having to manually check each and every day at every moment waiting, which is not a notification system.

If it's being requested multiple times, then there sure seems to be a need for it.

As I mentioned in #66 and #82, this is outside the scope of this bot.

This is simply not the case. Many users of Doplarr use tautulli for notifications. You can even get away with no additional application by simply using webhooks as described here.
