Hi again!
ember-cli-mocha's test-blueprints overwrites the blueprints included in ember-cli-coffeescript, but only the ones related to testing. This is absolutely intended behavior, but I can see how it could be confusing.
Either way though, you would need a different set of tests for mocha tests, so the solution here is probably to either make your own blueprints for mocha-tests in coffeescript and put them in a blueprints-folder in your project, or make an addon and share it with the world. Maybe ember-cli-mocha-coffeescript?
I won't be adding different versions of blueprints for now, but maybe I'd consider making things a bit more modular at some point. Hope you'll get it working!
