Hi @MarkCallow, please replace AMD Compress to "AMD Compressonator":
AMD Compressonator also can work with KTX files, can you add this links https://gpuopen.com/gaming-product/compressonator/
to libktx description in section:
"Working with KTX Files"

Work is currently in progress to add ETC1S .crn and KTX2 readers and writers (when available) to the KhronosGroup/gltf_Compressonator project, with support from the AMD tools team. This would effectively form the second implementation of KTX2 and ETC1S reference sample for ratification. See tracking issues on repo page for progress
