Rings audibly once - continues to vibrate - calls still answerable about csipsimple HOT 4 CLOSED

Ok, I've noticed this issue too. 
In fact, the android SDK ringer feature doesn't provides any way to 
automatically
repeat the ringtone once ended.
I've read the android source code (the Phone app), they have not this problem 
for
standard GSM call since the carrier send "rings" events (and the phone app try 
to
restart ring when it receive it).
Theorically i'll be able to simulate this behavior. 
This bug must be fixed before the beta phase (at least i'll everything i can to 
fix it).
I'll also try to get the contact ringtone from the contact database and give a 
way to
change the default ringtone. (But if it's deeply integrated to the native 
behavior,
the default ringtone option will be just a nice to have).

I am working on this now. Related to Issue 127 and Issue 124.
