grkpoly2: Greek Polytonic Unicode keyboard has incorrect example keys about keyboards HOT 7 CLOSED

There is no "example" text in grkpoly2.keyboard_info.
However, the first language code it lists is "cop" and the 2nd is "el".
So, Coptic is the default language:

That should be fixed sometimes.

I'm not sure what happened to the "example" text. Maybe it was fixed.

Yes, it looks like this related to the old keyboard data on the Tavultesoft site. I don't think we need to worry about it for now. @LornaSIL not sure if you want to open a new issue on the Coptic default language problem.

Well, I've realized that the Coptic language can be written with the Greek or the Coptic script. So, it's not out of line to list the keyboard as supporting the Coptic language. However, I would definitely think el would be the primary language it is intended to support.

So is it as simple as swapping "cop" and "el"? or do they need script tags added: "el-Grek" and "cop-Grek"?
