We should definitely set an env variable for both directories (which are the same by the way), it can easily be done.

All task runners now have:
- Pebble variables for
workingDir
,outputDir
andbucketPath
if it uses a bucket - Environment variables for
WORKING_DIR
,OUTPUT_DIR
andBUCKET_PATH
if it uses a bucket
The usage of input/output/local/namespace files has been aligned between all implementations.
There may be some slight differences regarding file processing due to some technical limitation, we will review them and document them appropriately.
