Should 'fonts-DSEG_v046' be added in a folder to Github repo named 'fonts'?
Yes, you are absolutely right.
The GitHub zip file(148ec74) contains only source code, so you need to run build script to get font files. Also, the release fonts-DSEG_v046 contains only font files.
The reason is that I think it's simpler file structure not to include the binary in the source code.
And, I've accepted this PR #7
from dseg.
