Hm, the code seems to suggest that you can specify the collection for which the media subcommand will download media. Did you try that and it didn't work?
Something like this?
mastodon-archive media --collection=favourites [email protected]
from mastodon-archive.
This seems to work. I think we should document it in the readme, I'll leave the issue open for that
