`option(..., hidden=True)` not compatible with `--show-params` about click-extra HOT 4 CLOSED

What's left for me to do before closing the issue is implementing a hack to unlock the production of get_help_record spec for hidden parameters.

Just fixed that in 502a9d0 .

Click Extra is already full of monkey-patch and workarounds, so another one is OK. I'll try to propose a definitive fix upstream in Click later.

I made a quick fix in 0b9878f to prevent the issue.

But I'm re-open it as yes, I think a parameter should be able to produce its spec (i.e. help_record in Click jargon), even if its hidden.

Ans yes, hidden parameters should be featured in the --show-params table. This option is supposed to introspect the whole set of option, and is there for discoverability and debugging. So it should not hide anything. --show-params is a X-ray scanner for your CLI's parameters.

I just added a Hidden column to the table produced by --show-params for easier troubleshooting.
