HI.catalogue_number is now blank if the HI has no catalogue number. Consequently NOCATNO will no longer be inserted in HI.display_label. HI and IP records needs to be saved manually in the admin to see their label updated.
I've also fixed another related bug where any change in the catalogue number requried to save the HI twice to see changes in HI.catalogue_number and HI.display_label. Now the fields are updated immediately when the HI or the Catalogue Number record is saved.
Fixed in master and staging. Deployed to ScandiPal.
