I have used this libraray myself many times for many different projects, frequently creating multiple draggable elements at a time. I can assure you the library is capable of multiple draggables. What is the code you are working with?

Specifically table headers (TH) elements. If I DragDrop.bind(elem)
then
again on a second TH element, both will register the click and drag, but
only the last element will actually move.
Are there any unit tests that I can poke around with? My JavaScript
experience is very advanced, so if you can point me in the right direction,
it would help.
Thanks!

I cannot imagine that TH elements would work well with drag and drop as their positioning is handled differently. Your issue might be that you're trying to reposition elements that the browser doesn't want to let you move.
No, I never got around to writing unit tests.

I'm currently rewriting portions of this library to handle my use cases. I'll submit a pull request once I get there.
