Hi @kesner,
"COBL" refers to a gene name in the example data set. So, in the documentation example this should work:
data(example_data)
syn_polar <- polar_coords(outcome = syn_example_meta$Pathotype,
data = t(syn_example_rld))
boxplot_trio(syn_polar, value = "COBL")
However, in your case you would need to pick one value in your rownames(polar@df$scaled)
and pass this in to value
from volcano3d.
