I am Karthikeyan Selvaraj, a Mechanical Engineer with an energy background who has ventured into the world of cloud and DevOps due to my keen interest in technology. I am now an aspiring Cloud Operations Engineer with a passion for all things cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps. I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the ever-evolving world of cloud technologies.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess a strong interest in cloud computing, automation, and building scalable and reliable infrastructure. Despite my non-traditional background, my academic foundation and personal projects have provided me with a solid understanding of cloud technologies and best practices.

As an entry-level Cloud Operations Engineer, I am well-versed in the following technologies:

• Cloud Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Version Control: Git

I am eager to expand my skillset and learn more about cloud-native tools and methodologies to enhance my capabilities as a Cloud Operations Engineer.

In this project, I used Terraform to create an automated infrastructure deployment on AWS, setting up VPCs, EC2 instances, and S3 buckets. I integrated Jenkins for continuous deployment, ensuring quick and reliable application updates.

For this project, I configured a Kubernetes EKS cluster on AWS, deploying containerized applications using Helm charts and managing their lifecycle efficiently.
