Although you appear to have the correct authorization credentials, the
XYZ
organization has an IP allow list enabled, and your IP address is not permitted to access this resource.
This is what we get on our side (logs) when talking to GitHub.

I don't think we will collect and show these errors in UI, but we're trying to make more and more of these errors visible to the client (when you run CLI for example). This one could be exposed as well.
