I would argue the default should be, that the search only shows results for the current version.
If I now search for "restore backup" it shows all versions for https://k8up.io/k8up/how-tos/restore.html
Best would be to show results only from master version, if not explicitly a version is chosen.

Yes, you can add "2.6" for example in the search box and have only results from that tag appear.
