ValueTypes about jayvee HOT 3 CLOSED

Coming from our previous discussions, we need..

• 0dim: basic value types (e.g. scalars)
• 1dim: a list type or similar (e.g. series)
• 2dim: a sheet type or similar (e.g. dataframe)
• 3dim: TODO. I see value in two different types: workbooks (list of tables), timetables (tables with lists as cells)
• user-defined simple value types (e.g. range restrictions)
• user-defined compound value types (e.g. SI units)
• Potentially: treat references (object types) different from in-place values (value types)

This comment is meant to collect items for a value-type roadmap. Please edit and add where you see fit.
