MetalLB generated IP-Adress for Loadbalancer is unreachable about kubernetes HOT 5 CLOSED

There's something special you've got to do when using Kind cluster. I've found that when KubeProxy is in ipvs mode, I'm able to ping just fine. The default mode is iptables.

To do this, you'll need to create a cluster config file (~/etc/kind-config.yaml) with the following contents (change as necessary):

# a cluster with 3 control-plane nodes and 3 workers
kind: Cluster
apiVersion: kind.x-k8s.io/v1alpha4
nodes:
- role: control-plane
- role: control-plane
- role: control-plane
- role: worker
- role: worker
- role: worker
networking:
  kubeProxyMode: "ipvs"

Then you can create the cluster using the following command:

kind create cluster --name test --config ~/etc/kind-config.yaml

Do everything else as you'd normally do in the tutorial you are following.
