python3 and pip3 might not be the same version about install-qt-action HOT 4 CLOSED

Oh, I wasn't even thinking about digging that deep. A roll-back of the (broken) image at least explains why I see this fault intermittently ;)

Be that as it may, may I suggest to call setup-python internally, or make sure it has been called and call it if it has not been, or at least document that the user should call it? Hm, or check versions of pip[3] and python[3] and warn the user if they do not match. (I was confused at first, and missed the differing version numbers for quite a while.)

I don't care about the exact python version in my project, but debugging cost more time than it should have. Otherwise good project 👍
