Fix to generate sbt download url

from svm.

After changing download url, it can't download a file. So, change curl download option by adding -L following https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6881034/curl-to-grab-remote-filename-after-following-location
however, it still occur mv file error

$ svm install 1.0.0-M4
Checking download url http://dl.bintray.com/sbt/native-packages/sbt/1.0.0-M4/sbt-1.0.0-M4.zip ...	Success!

Starting the download

File '~/utils/svm/src/sbt-1.0.0-M4.zip' already downloaded and valid. Using cached version

mv: rename sbt-1.0.0-M4 to ~/utils/svm/install/1.0.0-M4: No such file or directory
svm: install 1.0.0-M4 failed!

When a downloaded file unzipped, directory name is sbt.
