How exactly should someone use plan_chebyshevtransform()?

I get the following:

v = rand(10)
exact = chebyshevtransform(v)
p = plan_chebyshevtransform(v)
x1 = chebyshevtransform(v,p)
x2 = p(v)
println(norm(x1 - exact))
println(norm(x2 - exact))

From our email exchange, perhaps you expected p(v) to work and there is a bug?
