While this would be a "good thing" it doesn't always work. Some of the menu items are shortened so they fit in one line of the nav bar, and don't necessarily make a good title - e.g. some of the config pages appear as just "MAAS" or "HPCloud" in the nav

That's no problem as long as they both are very similar. So we should see if it is possible to take the same title like my example or build a title by combining the section and the menu. In your case above l would choose Getting started with MAAS.
