Need to resolve where screenshots live about docs HOT 7 CLOSED

The way octopress works is that copying the screenshots over from the source dir to the generated dir is part of the Make process, perhaps that would be the best place to add this?

I agree. I think we will also have to consider this again at a later date when we talk about versioning - ideally we want to share assets between versions - updating images for hp cloud in several different places for example may lead to mistakes or disparity.

actually - i think they ought to live in src/media, to be clear - as we want to share them across languages too

Does it make sense to share them across languages? Dont' we want to capture them in their correct localization?

That may be more relevant if juju etc had different language versions. As it is, having the images in one place doesn't proclude having different language versions where desired ( if you want to have install1.jpg and fr_install1.jpg for example). It does mean there is a consistent reference point and a single place to update which is more useful.

this seems more or less resolved for now - they live in htmldocs/media until such a time as we can sync with the website code and move everything around
