Currently there's support for the CF version 2. Please let me know if this
works for
you or not.

Sorry, I need to correct myself - we support CF version 3.5, not 2.

Very unlikely, I'm afraid - given Windows Phone 7, Silverlight is rather more
important.

Is there is a way now to add these libraries to Windows Phone XNA project? When
I try to add silverlight libraries I receive a warning from Visual Studio that
it's not safe.

What *exact* warning do you receive? What happens if you try to add it to a
Silverlight project instead of an XNA project?

I've just check it today with new project type "Windows Phone Game Library" and
your libs were added without any warnings.
I received a warning when I added libs to the project type "Windows Phone class
library" and it said "
Adding reference to a Windows Phone XNA assembly is safe. However, adding
reference to a Silverlight assembly may lead to unexpected application
behavior. Do you want to continue?"

Btw, is it ok, if I add your libs built for "Silverlight 4.0" platform to
project "Windows Phone Game Library"?

I've certainly had the library working on a Windows Phone 7 Silverlight app.
I'm afraid I don't know the reasons for that warning, so I don't know what kind
of unexpected application behaviour it's talking about. If it's *actually*
referring to assemblies which try to use UI components, then you're fine - we
don't do any of that. I suggest you research that warning in more detail.

Actually, I'm not bothered with it right now, cause I'm going to use this libs
in Windows Phone XNA application, I hope they will work fine there.

Completed build changes that include the introduction of solutions and projects
specific to each of the requested build targets. Protocol Buffers can now
build in the following environments:

.NET Framework 2, 3, and 4
Silverlight 2, 3, and 4
Compact Framework 2 and 3.5
Portable Class Library 1 (all configurations)
