It seems that the block being returned doesn't have significant importance for the data because it returns the balance I requested for a specific block. For example, for Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova, it returns the latest block but provides accurate data for that specific block I queried. So, I'll close this issue and disregard that block in the response. Sorry for the inconvenience.
