Well, after a closer look, I found it's not related to go version, but to this package itself, because when I compile with previous source code of this package, it's also OK.
Thus, the issue must come from some commit or updating.

I've found the cause. The "Content-Transfer-Encoding" is missing in the header for for type "text/plain" and "text/html". After I modified the package source code by adding the encoding in the header, this issue has been fixed.
