API-Docs Header and Footer menu about downloads.joomla.org HOT 13 CLOSED

@Alam9835 you can find the code for this at https://github.com/joomla/downloads.joomla.org/tree/master/api-docs

I personal didn't looked at the code so have no idea how to change this, but I would expect 2 ways, update the code onetime statically with a pull request matching the current header and footer code.
Or write a github action todo this regular.
